When ever anyone gives me TV's to take to pieces, I always used to make them a medal. This is the first for 2010 for Mike who gave me lots of TV's from his old TV repair shop on Smithdown Road. His building was compulsory purchased so he had a lot of old stuff to get rid of. He had been photographed by Stephanie de Leng (who I am currently exhibiting at MerseyBIO) and it turns out I know his sister Sandra Hepworth. Full circle! Sandra is a textile artist and has attended a couple of my workshops.
