Handbag workshop

I ran a workshop yesterday from Oxton Saint Saviours Church with 10 ladies, who upcycled bags I have collected from charity shops - taffeta/satin evening bags and revamped with their own creations.

I enjoy teaching and especially a group of ladies like this who don't necessarily get an opportunity to regularly get together and show their creative side. I can offer textile techniques and jewellery making techniques so they can devlop their own ideas. I am not interested in a workshop where people all produce the same thing...or even just copy my style. They all are encouraged to consider what they want and like.
