Ox for Oxton

As part of the Oxton Art Fair, we will be having a celebration of the 30 years since the start of the conservation area in Oxton Village, Mark Wayne Barrett and my technician are working on a large Ox using my garage for the site to construct it. We have used to hollow doors donated by local business Oxton House clearances and lots of bits and bobs, we will cover it with chicken wire then paper mache. All in time for the 7th of November, we are hoping to have it ready for the Big Draw on the 11th October so we can have it at the Williamson so kids can paint one side, while Mark paints the other.

I am creating a map of the village with images of all the businesses based on research by John Green, a farily time consuming and un-artistic process at this stage so no photos.
