Recycling workshops



Forthcoming Recycling workshops at The Green Community Shop and Centre

*Bookable but free day classes for 10 adults

Artist Brenda Sharp will be showing how to make artist books using Graze boxes, can lids etc Sunday 26th of February 10 til 3pm

Julie Dodd will be making beautiful structures inspired by nature using milk bottles…. Sunday 11th of March 10 til 3pm

Jo Smith will be showing how to create artworks fusing plastic bags on the Sunday 25th of March 10 til 3pm

*Drop in workshops for Kids (with accompanying parents - have a cup of tea or a browse or join in)–

Alison Bailey Smith will be creating eco fashion on Saturday 25th of February 1pm til 3.30pm
Susan Brown will be making puppets using foam, funky fur etc to create puppets (as seen in last year's de-junk, re-junk)-on Saturday 3rd of March 1pm til 3.30pm
Helen Smith will be creating flowers from plastic bags on 10th of March 1pm til 3.30pm
Using 1970's daisy looms and plastic bags to create lovely flowers (as seen in last year's de-junk, re-junk)

*Communal mosaic workshop (details to be confirmed 4th of March 10 til 4pm)

We will need to lots of stuff to recycle for the classes so watch this space...
STOP PRESS:UPDATE
We need plastic colourful bags, Graze boxes for Brenda's workhop, funky foam, babies hats and shoes for the puppets  for Susan's puppet workshop, the loan of 70's daisy looms for Helen Smith's workshops, broken flat crockery and unopened leftover tile grout. Take to the Green Shop and leave it for me _ ALison Bailey Smith.
