I was delighted that the mayor came along to the Tidy Business conference today as part of Wirral Council environment week which saw a community forum event yesterday and eco schools event this evening. Enviro Champs yesterday recognised community groups and individuals involved with eco worthy projects. The exhibition I co-ordinated de-junk, re-junk was part of the event to highlight what can be done with waster other than fill holes in the land.
Alan tried on my chain of office, rather lighter than his one. He had the Birkenhead chain on today not the Wirral one, which is the one I have copied. The Wirral one is at the jewellers for a few minor repairs.
